Maine Photographer: John Shaw

I was born and raised in Camden.  I spent 42 years in education as a teacher, coach, Assistant Principal, Athletic Director, and as a high school Principal.  I am now retired with photography, primarily of lighthouses, being a major passion in my life.  I operate a blog on lighthouses, wildlife, and flowers as a means of sharing my work.  I have been fighting having it become a job, thus replacing a fantastic hobby.  I have attached five of my lighthouse photos along with a photo of me in Hawaii.  I sincerely hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them.

Maine Photographer: Doug Mills

Biography Doug Mills is the son of an artist, the grandson and great grandson of Maine lighthouse keepers. Doug is a nautical photographer and author specializing in the historic tall ships that call Maine home. Doug started Shoot Maine Studios in 2007 and has created one of the largest collections of nautical photographs centered around the historic fleet of two and three masted schooners, which sail the Maine waters.
